Product Description

                 Drop-type fuses and pull-load drop-type fuses are outdoor high-voltage protective appliances. It is installed on the high-voltage side of the distribution transformer or the main branch of the distribution line. It is used as a short-circuit and overload protection of the transformer and the line. The drop type fuse consists of an insulating bracket and a fuse tube. The static contact is arranged at both ends of the insulating bracket and the movable contact is arranged at both ends of the fuse tube, the fuse tube is composed of an inner arc suppression tube and an outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. Pull-load drop-type fuse to enhance the elasticity of auxiliary contacts and arc cover, for sub-load, close the current.
         When the drop-type fuse is in normal operation, the fuse tube is tensed by the fuse to form a closed position. After the fuse is fused, the lower moving contact loses tension and flips down, locking the machine, releasing the fuse tube, and the fuse tube falls down, forming an obvious breaking position. When the load needs to be pulled, use the insulating rod to pull the moving contacts, at this time the active and the static auxiliary contacts are still in contact, continue to use the insulating rod to pull the contacts, the auxiliary contacts are also separated, and an electric arc is created between the auxiliary contacts, the arc is elongated in the slot of the arc extinguishing cover, and the arc extinguishing cover produces gas and extinguishes the arc when the current passes zero.
