Product Description

         1.Support insulators comply with the technical conditions of GB8287.1 and GB12744, as well as with the requirements of the international standard IEC 168, "Testing of inner and outdoor ceramic or glass support insulators with nominal voltage above 1000 volts" and IEC publication IEC 815, "Guidelines for the use of insulators in filthy conditions".
        2. Insulator high mechanical strength, small dispersion, safe and reliable operation.
        3. Insulator good mechanical performance at low temperature.
Insulator's anti-fouling performance mainly depends on the structure of the product and the shape of the umbrella skirt. Much work has been done in this area. Through the design optimization, artificial pollution test optimization and natural pollution test optimization, finally determined the umbrella skirt of the insulator with angle under the umbrella and the umbrella. An insulator with a rated voltage of 126kV, 252kV bending and breaking load of not less than 12kV and a climbing electrical ratio of 25 mm/kV, developed by the umbrella skirt, can withstand the highest operating phase voltage for a long time at 0.12 mg/2 salt density, i.e. the climbing electrical distance of insulator III, and can withstand the pollution of the IV salt equivalent. An insulator with a rated voltage of 550kV with a crawl ratio of 25 mm/kV can operate for long periods with 0.06 mg/kg and 2 grade salt density. Insulator's pollution resistance level is the leading in China, it tolerates the equivalent of salt density higher than the same climbing distance, isometric umbrella skirt of the same product one third.
